North Mountain United Tapestry is proud to present our third winter workshop event!

Taking Care of You: Pot luck savouries and sweets are always welcome! (for following the workshop) BodyTalk supports your bodymind to repair channels of communication, release stored emotions, and soften belief systems, all of which promotes improved health and overall wellness.

Erica Spring de Sousa earned her BodyTalk Practitioner certification in May 2015. She currently practices in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada.

BodyTalk resonates with Erica because it treats the root cause of the conflict, stress and pain we have come to accept as a normal part of daily life. The lasting changes in health that BodyTalk brought about for Erica inspires her to meet her clients where they are in their lives and support their own changes through this simple, thorough, and non-invasive modality.

With a foundation in community development, Erica appreciates that sessions can not only profoundly affect the individual, but also impact families and communities. Having sessions and moving through the beliefs and emotions that impact our personal health affects change for those around us as well.

Erica lives near Gaspereau, NS with her husband and two young children.
$15 at the door includes coffee, tea and soup for lunch!
